Talent Manager

Hybrid working model | Dublin 2 office, two to three days per week

We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our growing team. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is curious, ambitious and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future Twenty Three The Agency.

This is a true end-to-end role, suited to someone commercially sharp, brilliantly organised and genuinely immersed in the creator economy. You will manage a roster of creators and influencers across Ireland and the UK, leading on strategy, partnerships and the day-to-day relationships that keep it all moving. You will report to a Senior Manager and work closely with the wider team across PR, partnerships and strategy.

The Role

• Developing and executing long-term talent strategy and growth plans
• Managing day-to-day communication with creators and influencers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies and industry contacts
• Identifying commercial opportunities for talent across partnerships, campaigns and ongoing brand relationships
• Proactively outreaching and pitching talent to relevant brands and opportunities
• Negotiating contracts, fees and campaign deliverables, including usage and whitelisting terms
• Managing campaign execution from briefing through to completion
• Coordinating timelines, approvals and deliverables
• Supporting talent with personal brand positioning, audience growth and career development
• Representing talent and the agency at shoots, events and industry occasions
• Working collaboratively with the wider 23 team across strategy, PR and partnerships

About You

• Two or more years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing or brand partnerships
• A strong understanding of the Irish and UK creator landscape
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once
• Comfortable with the tools of the trade, from social analytics to contracts and reporting
• A natural sense of discretion when handling talent, brand and commercial information
• Proactive and solutions-focused
• Passionate about digital culture, creators, social platforms and emerging trends
