At Twenty Three, we represent some of the most influential creators and talent across Ireland and the UK. We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to cover maternity leave for a 14 month term with the strong possibility of a permanent position afterwards. You'll take over an established roster of some of Ireland's leading creators. You'll protect and grow talent careers and bring in high-value commercial partnerships. This role is for someone who can step straight in, earn talent's trust quickly and run a roster with confidence.

The Role

• Lead an established roster of senior creators across Ireland and the UK, as their main contact and trusted adviser
• Set and deliver long-term talent strategy, covering positioning, brand fit, growth and career development
• Build new business by pitching talent to brands and agencies and finding bigger, longer-term partnerships
• Lead negotiations on fees, usage, exclusivity and contract terms, securing the best commercial outcome for talent
• Oversee campaigns end to end, from brief and approvals through delivery and reporting, making sure everything
  is delivered to a premium standard
• Build strong senior relationships with brands, agencies and PR partners
• Manage sensitive talent matters and issues with discretion and sound judgement
• Represent talent and the agency at shoots, events, brand meetings and industry occasions
• Support and guide junior team members and contribute to roster strategy and revenue targets
  

About You

• 3 + years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing or brand partnerships, including experience representing talent directly
• A track record of negotiating and closing high-value brand partnerships
• In-depth knowledge of the Irish and UK creator landscape, with established brand and agency relationships
• Confident, polished communication, and strong at managing relationships at senior level
• Strong commercial judgement and a strategic approach to growing talent
• Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple senior talent at once
• Available to start November 2026
