Job Title: PR & Marketing Account Manager

Location: Dublin 2 Office, Hybrid Working


Job Description

As a PR & Marketing Account Manager at 23 The Agency, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful campaigns and events for our clients. Reporting to the Director of PR & Marketing, you will lead on client account management, strategic planning, and the execution of creative initiatives while also overseeing events from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships & Communication

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Understand client goals and implement strategies to achieve them effectively.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing plans that include digital strategies, social media, influencer campaigns, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Align campaigns with client objectives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Oversee the seamless execution of campaigns across all channels, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Event Management

  • Conceptualise, plan, and manage events end to end. 
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, budget management, vendor collaboration, and on-site execution.
  • Develop post-event reports to evaluate success and provide actionable insights for future improvements.

Media Relations

  • Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts.
  • Pitch stories and secure impactful media coverage for clients.

Ideation & Creativity

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients to transform their vision into effective marketing strategies.

Performance Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign and event performance, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies based on performance metrics.

Problem Solving & Budget Management

  • Proactively address challenges and identify solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets for campaigns and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

Industry Awareness & Growth

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within client accounts and support new business development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in PR, marketing account management, and event management (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, influencer marketing, and media relations.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
