Job Description:

 

As a PR & Marketing Account Manager at 23 The Agency, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, driving client success through effective communication, strategic planning, and flawless execution of marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the Director of PR & Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing diverse aspects of client accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Client Relationships & Communication:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service and adaptability to client needs.
  • Act as a main point of contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients.
  • Understand client goals and ensure they are met through our strategic strategies.

 

Strategic Planning

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans that encompass key campaigns, digital marketing strategies, social media initiatives, influencer marketing, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Collaborate with clients to align strategies with their business objectives and marketing goals to enhance visibility and reputation.

 

Reporting

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies based on performance metrics.

 

Ideation

  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into impactful marketing strategies.

 

Execution

  • Oversee the seamless execution of marketing plans across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all elements of campaigns are delivered successfully.

 

Media Relations

  • Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts.
  • Pitching stories and securing media coverage for clients.

 

Problem Solving

  • Addressing any challenges or issues that may arise during campaigns.
  • Proactively identifying solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

 

Budget Management

  • Managing budgets for PR campaigns and ensuring cost-effectiveness for the client.

 

Industry Awareness

  • Staying informed about industry trends, news, and best practices.
  • Applying industry knowledge to enhance client strategies.

 

Client Growth

  • Identifying opportunities for organic growth within existing client relationships.
  • Contributing to new business development by leveraging existing client successes.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

– Proven experience in PR and marketing account management, ideally 3+ years

– In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, influencer marketing, and out-of-home advertising.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

– Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
